For greater convenience, on the -1 floor of the hotel, you will have a locker in our Ski Room where you can store all ski equipment without having to take it to the room. If you need to rent equipment for adults or children, you can do so in our Viladomat Signature shop, without leaving the hotel. Right outside the Ski Room, you’ll find our private shuttles, which run non-stop along the 400m that separate the hotel from the nearest Grandvalira access during lift hours. Ideal for families!

To round off your ski day, we invite you to enjoy our Park Spa Mountain Wellness Club, with special family hours from 12:00 pm to 6:00 pm. And while the children enjoy themselves with other kids and our monitors at the recently renovated Kids Club, treat yourself to snacks and cocktails in the Lounge Bar, or savour the best après-ski on our Moët & Chandon Terrace. During the ski season, the Lounge Bar and Moët & Chandon Terrace offer live music, magic shows, and other events.

Terms and conditions of the offer:

• Free ski pass for children up to 11 years old (inclusive). The ski pass must be collected at the ticket office, along with the necessary documentation proving the child's age. Offer valid for stays of 3 nights or more from 11/30/24 to 12/10/24, and for 4 nights or more from 03/24/25 to 03/31/25 and from 04/01/25 to 04/20/25.

• Out of the period of validity of the offer: Minimum stay of 2 night at the foot of the Grandvalira ski slopes in Soldeu. On certain dates, the minimum stay required may be longer.
• Starting price per room/day.
• The daily ski passes for Grandvalira are for consecutive days and are valid from the day after your arrival at the hotel.
• Accommodation: free for children up to 3 years old. Discounts of up to 30% for children up to 11 years old. 15% discount for children aged 12 and over sharing a room with 2 adults.
• Free ski pass up to 5 years old (included). The ski pass must be collected at the ticket offices, along with the necessary documentation proving the child's age.

Cancellation policy
Depending on the dates of your booking, the hotel will apply charges for cancellation prior to your arrival at the hotel or for a no-show. You must carefully read the terms and conditions that will appear in the booking system at the time of booking, as these vary throughout the season.
