Yes, we have a Kids Club, where the little ones can spend practically the whole day, accompanied by our wonderful monitors. In addition, the hotel offers different activities such as entertainment, live music, etc.

Do you have rooms adapted for people with reduced mobility?

Is the spa included?

No. Our spa has a charge in order to offer you safe access and limited capacity.

Free wifi is available throughout the hotel?

How can I reserve a baby cot? Is there a charge?

Just let us know when you make your booking, as well as any other special request you may have. The reservation of a cot does not entail any additional cost.

You can check-in at any time, as we have 24-hour reception.

To check in at the hotel you will need any valid identity document and/or passport.

Are pets welcome?

Unfortunately, our hotel does not allow pets.

Do you have baby food in the restaurant?

Yes, but it is necessary to make a prior request.

Is there a dress code in the restaurant?

No.

Do you offer gluten-free and allergen-free meals?

We are prepared for any kind of allergens. If you have booked half board (breakfast and dinner), please inform our restaurant staff and they will inform you of the options available each day.

Can I eat in the restaurant even if my meals are not included?

You can enjoy our restaurants or our Lounge Bar whenever you wish.

I have a reservation with half board or full board, are drinks included?

No, our buffet does not include drinks in any case.

What are the opening hours of the restaurant?

Our buffet restaurant offers breakfast from 7.30 am to 10.30 am and dinner from 7.00 pm to 10.00 pm.

How can I book a cot?

All you have to do is mention it at the time of booking, as well as any other special request.

Up to what age are children accommodated free of charge? Up to what age are they considered to be children?

We consider children up to 11 years of age (from 12 years of age onwards they are considered adults). Children up to the age of 3 years stay free of charge.

Is it possible to change or cancel a prepaid fare?

Yes, as long as it is not a non-refundable rate. Check the cancellation policy of your booking and, as long as you enter within the indicated period, you will be able to modify or cancel it for free.

What does "non-refundable fare" mean?

A non-refundable rate is a more economical rate as it has a discount applied. This rate requires you to pay for your booking at the time of booking and does not allow for changes or cancellations.

Can I make a special request for my booking?

Yes, our Guest Service department will manage your request to make it a reality.

What discounts are available for children?

We consider children up to 11 years of age (12 years and older are considered adults). Children up to 3 years of age enjoy free accommodation. Children from 4 to 11 years of age receive a 30% discount. From the age of 12, if they share a room with two adults, they receive a 15% discount.

Do you offer group discounts?

We consider group bookings from 20 rooms upwards. In this case, please contact us (parkpiolets@parkpiolets.ad) so that we can provide you with a quote for your group.

I found a lower price on another website. Can you match the price?

If you find a better price on another website, please contact us. Our booking department will check it, as there are often differences in boarding status and/or age of the children in the house.

On the website I don't see the same price as yesterday, what happened?

Our booking system is dynamic and prices of rooms and packages change according to demand and availability.

How can I be sure that you have the best price on your website?

How can I be sure that you have received my reservation?

Web bookings are subject to immediate confirmation. Once the booking has been made, you will receive confirmation and a booking reference by email. In the case of telephone or email bookings, as soon as the hotel receives the request, we will quote it and send you an estimate. Once the quotation has been approved, we will also send you confirmation and the booking reference number by email.

What methods of payment are accepted?

Payments can be made by Paylink or bank transfer. In the latter case, you must send us proof of payment and wait for us to confirm receipt. The hotel will not charge any commission for bank transfers.

Is access to the Mountain Wellness Club for members only?

Access is for members and hotel guests. Members have 2 monthly passes which they can use to invite a guest.

What days is the Mountain Wellness Club closed?

During the season it is open from Monday to Sunday. It is only closed for some periods during the months of May, June and November.

What do I need to become a member of the Mountain Wellness Club?

There are different types of membership.
You can become a member on a one-off basis, purchasing a pack of sessions that does not expire for the whole season, or by purchasing a monthly membership for unlimited use during the month. In the latter case, it is necessary to pay an initial registration fee, which only needs to be paid again if the monthly payments are not consecutive. In both options, you have the possibility to purchase only the fitness facilities or the fitness facilities plus the spa.

Can I come to the Club with a companion who is not a member?

Members can bring guests with them whenever they wish by using your complimentary invitations or by paying for the day of use.

I have been offered a gift voucher. How can I use it ? Does it have an expiry date?

I am not staying at the hotel, can I enjoy the spa treatments?

All spa services are available to both hotel guests and external guests: the spa circuit, treatments and the gym. If you are not staying at the hotel, you must pay for your treatment in advance. External clients can book treatments and make payment via paylink.

Do you have treatments for children?

From 10 a.m. to 9 p.m. the spa offers treatments for children's relaxation and wellbeing: the relaxing 20-minute Món Magic massage and the Family Duo massage to be enjoyed in tandem (one adult and one child). Our spa has family spa hours from 10a.m. to 12 p.m. and from 3 p.m. to 7 p.m.

Can I enjoy a treatment when I am pregnant? 

Yes, as long as you are in the second trimester of pregnancy. Our treatment menu specifies the treatments available, the active ingredients of which are not incompatible with the health of the baby.

What treatments do you have for couples? 

Almost all of our treatments can be enjoyed as a couple, although it is not the same treatment for each person, with a supplement. We also have the Mountain Lovers massage, a 75-minute massage specially designed for couples, or the 25-minute Duo express.

I would like to know if two people can have a massage at the same time.

I would like to book an Ayurvedic treatment. What is this treatment? 

Our Dosha massage is a treatment based on vegetable oils, aromatic herbal pindas and essential oils. To begin with we carry out a test to see the type of dosha of the person (energy: Kapha, bata or pita) and according to the type of energy that predominates in the person the massage is adapted with specific manoeuvres and essential oils.

Do you offer permanent straightening or keratin treatments?

No. We only work with natural cosmetics and these treatments are made with chemical products and are not performed in our salon.

Do you do party updos and make-up?

Yes, we have day and party make-up and up-do's for special days.

What colour techniques do you use in the salon?

Root colour, balayage, Californian highlights and natural highlights. We also use natural cosmetics with very little ammonia that respect the quality of the hair and cover grey hair 100%.

Do you provide haircuts for children? From what age?

We do have a cutting service for children from 12 months to 12 years old. We recommend that parents accompany their children to the salon.

How can I get to the hotel?

You can reach Andorra by road from Spain, on the N-145, passing through La Seu d'Urgell. From there, follow the signs to Encamp - Canillo - Soldeu. If you are coming from France, Girona or the Cadí Tunnel, you can cross the French border at the Puymorens Pass in the direction of Pas de la Casa, 10 minutes from Soldeu. If you don't have your own vehicle, there are regular bus services with connections to France, Spain and Portugal.
If you travel by train, the nearest RENFE stations are in Lleida or Barcelona, or the SNCF in l'Hospitalet-près-l'Andorre, in France. All of them have bus connections to Andorra.
If you are travelling by plane from your country of origin, Barcelona or Toulouse are the nearest international airports. Since December 2021, Air Nostrum has been operating the route between Andorra - La Seu d'Urgell airport (just 30 minutes from the country), with scheduled flights open to the public.
The hotel also offers a personalised shuttle service (check with reception at parkpiolets@parkpiolets.ad).

I have made a reservation to stay at the hotel in a few weeks. Can I book the spa now or do I have to wait until I arrive at the hotel?

We recommend that you book the spa before arriving at the hotel, as capacity is limited to ensure we offer the best experience at the Park Spa Mountain Wellness Club. Admission to the spa is always by reservation.

We have booked the spa. Is there a bathrobe in the room?

All our rooms have a bathrobe and slippers.

Are there any restrictions on clothing in the spa/pool, e.g. is a bathing cap compulsory, tight-fitting swimwear for men, etc.?

Wearing street clothes and shoes inside the spa is forbidden. A swimming costume or bikini must be worn to enter the spa, women can wear either, while men can choose trunks or shorts. In all circumstances, wearing a bathing cap is not compulsory.

Are towels provided in the spa?

Yes. Towels are provided for use in the spa upon entry to the Park Spa Mountain Wellness Club.

Do I have to wear a bathing cap in the spa?

Wearing a bathing cap is not compulsory in the spa. If you wish to wear it, you can use your own bathing cap or buy one in the Park Spa Mountain Wellness Club.

Is it necessary to wear flip-flops in the spa?

Wearing flip-flops is recommended at the Park Spa Mountain Wellness Club. You can wear your own flip-flops or buy single-use ones in the spa. It is not advisable to go barefoot.

Can children access the spa?

Children of any age can enter the spa. If they are under 14 years of age, they can only enter during the times reserved for families (Spa Family) and must always be accompanied by an adult (over 18 years of age). Since this is a spa, even during Spa Family hours, it is not permitted to engage in playful or recreational activities that pose a risk or disturb other guests (such as leaping, running or jumping abruptly into the pool), or to enter with balls, inflatables or materials that are not safe for babies or small children.

How much does the spa cost? Is it included with the room? Is the spa charged at a daily rate or is there a multi-day rate?

The price of admission to the Park Spa Mountain Wellness Club for hotel guests is 26€ per adult/day (price from 15 years old) and 12€ per child/day (children from 4 to 14 years) and free entrance for children from 0 to 3 years. We have multi-day spa passes available for both adults and children and special rates in the mornings.
