Buffet Restaurant by Andrea Tumbarello
This season we are launching new gastronomic proposals advised by the prestigious Italian chef, Andrea Tumbarello. In the buffet we now offer you genuine Italian dishes, such as: pasta with natural sauces, lassagna, antipasti, pizzas with natural dough or the famous parmigiana. We round off the menu with delicious desserts homemade every day, including tiramisu and pannacotta, two delicious specialities that are a must in Italian gastronomy.
The buffet offers a wide choice of opening hours for breakfast, from 7.30 am to 10.30 am, and for dinner, from 7.00 pm to 10.30 pm. It is located in an open space from where you can enjoy views of the Grandvalira slopes and freshly cooked dishes with show cooking points. Here you will eat well and to your liking with varied and nutritious breakfasts and dinners. If you have special dietary requirements or follow a specific diet, we can adapt to your needs. We will cook dishes taking into account intolerances, celiac disease, food allergies, vegan or vegetarian diets. Just let us know when you make your reservation so that we can consider it.
