From 18 to 22 September

After the success of the first two editions, the high mountain gastronomic event is back for the third time.

The high mountain cuisine event is back for the third year in the Principality. In this new edition, the cuisine of the Nordic countries is the guest territory with Michelin-starred Chefs Christopher Haatuft, Filip Gemzell and Søren Selin. On this occasion, sustainability will be the main theme of the congress. In addition, Carme Ruscalleda will receive the Andorra Taste Award, for her career and for the preservation of popular recipes through innovation and creativity.

This year, the professional programme will feature chef Andrea Tumbarello, who is in charge of managing our trattoria Don Giovanni Ristorante Soldeu. Registration for the congress is required on the event website: https://www.andorrataste.com/ and will host lectures by international chefs and Andorran representatives. It will take place from 18 to 20 September in the Prat del Roure hall. 

In the popular gastronomic meeting you can taste the dishes of the participating restaurants (upon payment), there will be showcooking, a classroom for children and live music performances. As in previous editions, our restaurant Kao Soldeu will be present. Do not hesitate to come and try the specialties of traditional high Chinese cuisine.
Place and schedule: C/ dels Veedors de Escaldes. Friday and Saturday from 12 pm to 11 pm and Sunday from 12 pm to 8 pm.
