2025 Games of the Small States

From 26 to 31 May 2025, Andorra will become the most important sporting venue in southern Europe by hosting, for the third time, the Games of the Small States of Europe. This multi-sport event, which brings together delegations from the nine member countries of the Committee of Small States (Andorra, Cyprus, Iceland, Liechtenstein, Luxembourg, Malta, Monaco, Montenegro and San Marino), will return to the Principality twenty years after its last edition in 2005.
Between 150 and 180 Andorran athletes are expected to take part, with a total of more than 3,000 participants, including athletes, coaches and delegations. The country will experience six intense days of sporting competition, where disciplines such as athletics, swimming and basketball will be held in the capital, Andorra la Vella, while the other parishes will also host events, making the games a nationwide celebration.
The official ceremonies, both the opening and closing ceremonies, will be held in the National Stadium, making it the symbolic epicentre of the Games.
Make a note of the dates in your diary: from 26 to 31 May, Andorra will vibrate with the Games of the Small States of Europe 2025. A sporting event not to be missed.
